It's Thursday!
I know I'm tardy to the party, but this week Momma B is serving up brunch over at the Think Tank!
If you have a favorite brunch recipe, type it up, head on over, and link up!
Quiche is a favorite of mine and my kids. It's quick and it's easy and the best part is, the kids can heat it up on their own!
This week I'm gonna share with you a Taco Quiche that we love!
What you need:
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
premade pie crust (cuz I'm lazy)
What you do:
Line a pie pan with the rolled out premade crust.
In a large skillet, brown your beef draining the grease.
When the meat is no longer pink, add onion, red pepper and taco seasoning over medium heat drain.Pour into pie pan and sprinkle with cheese..
In a bowl, combine the eggs and milk; mix well. Pour over the cheese.

Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

OK, I'm totally copying this down because it sounds amazing!!! Thank you!
Sounds pretty yummy. I've never made a Quiche before. And only had a tasty one once. The rest I've tried were regrettable. I'll have to try this sometime.
