I Heart Yogurt!

Last year sometime my kids and I got really in to reading labels.  As yogurt junkies, you can imagine our surprise when we discovered that the national brand we were eating was chock full of added sugars and artificial coloring.  While we loved the convenience and versatility of the plactic tubes, we decided as a family that crap yogurt just wasn't worth it. So, after scouring the dairy section and reading yogurt label after yogurt label, we decided that we were going to try Stonyfield Farm organic yogurt.

Imagine how happy we were when our local grocery store bagan to carry the Stonyfield line aimed toward kids - YoKids!  My kids quickly developed their favorite flavors of YoKids Squeezers and I was thrilled to once again be buying the convenient plastic tubes that could be tossed in the freezer and easily be taken with us where ever we went. It made us all feel great knowing we once again had the convenience we found with the national brand, but we weren't putting any artificial colors, artificial flavors, or high fructose corn syrup into our bodies.

Another thing that makes Stonyfield so great is their commitment to our planet! They recently made a switch to producing multi-pack packaging made from plants, and that is only one step in their plan to reduce their negative impact on our planet.
