My daughter loses everything. Not some things, not most things, everything.
When she was in elementary school, everyone knew this. The school's faculty was constantly following after her to give her something she had left behind, and the lost and found was frequently filled with her things.
Lunch boxes, sweatshirts, shoes, boots, snow pants, gloves... More gloves... Last year alone, I bought her 7 pairs of gloves.
